LOST (in Transition) + FOUND (in Translation) An Experimental Collaborative Process of Transcription, Transmission Chaining and Interpretation at ATOM GALLERY

Atom gallery chose an image (See David Hockney image below) KEELERTORNERO made a response, printed it out and sent it to a bunch of artists. Those artists made a response and then interfered with the print. They sent them both back and KEELERTORNERO interfered with their first one. These are the results..

Improvised wall piece for SWEET HARMONY - RAVE TODAY show at SAATCHI GALLERY
We did this piece in repsonse to a spoken word/dance/music collaboration between poet Adam Kammerling and DJ Yvonne Shelling. We took words and phrases used in the piece to create this rave-influenced visual mash-up using old bus ads from the skip and our old favourites POSCA PENS. Thanks to the people who contributed drawing skills and POSCA UK for supplying the best pens for the job.

THE BRIDGE AT HERRICK GALLERY
THE BRIDGE. ALICE HERRICK TASK FOR KT-LAB: AN ART EXPEDITION – KEELETORNERO RESPOND TO THE PAINTINGS OF IAN HEALY IN 3D
Alice Herrick of Herrick Gallery asked us to come and set up a sculpture studio in the basement of her Mayfair gallery during the Ian Healy exhibition and respond to his paintings in 3D. Our usual medium is paint so despite some initial apprehension it turned out to be really fun as we happily rediscovered some techniques and materials we’d used in the past. The experience of working at the Herrick gallery in the well-heeled environs of Mayfair proved to be good focus for us, since we were there to do one thing only and with Alice on the next floor, regularly checking on our progress, we couldn’t run away. The experience of spending time with another artist’s work is interesting too and it was necessary to get behind the compositions in Ian’s brightly coloured paintings. The characters in the paintings are very strong and the effect they have on you changes the more you get to know them. We hope we managed to treat the subjects with the right amount of respect.
KT-LAB is a 2-3 year project in which we complete tasks set by specially selected Artists and creatives who then critique the work produced. The aim is to challenge our existing ideas about painting and art as a whole and to expand our vision by temporarily adopting the viewpoint of our chosen artists. We intend to share online as much of this experience as possible and through filmed interviews and studio visits we will offer an insight into the usually undisclosed world of everyday creative process. Having read satisfied reviews of dozens of men and women at https://tiaca.org/buy-viagra-sildenafil-online-20-mg/, I decided to buy Viagra for myself. The pharmacist promised I’ll be satisfied with the results and he was right. The problem with premature ejaculation disappeared and it was not so difficult to achieve sexual arousal as usual. We also want to enter into dialogue with the Artists and the general public about the meaning and function of the Arts in todays society and we encourage everyone to get involved and become part of this conversation…

Gaming Table for X2066. Tromsø Norway Oct 16. In Association with Insomnia Festival
We spent half of Ocotober this year in the northern Norwegian town of Tromsø working on a special project called X2066 with the people at Ice-9. We collaborated with Valentin Manz and Alice Lui on the game. It’s a story generator, an interactive game which allows the players to imagine the life of X and in turn imagine what their own future might be like.
The year is 2066. X is a 21-year-old woman living in the arctic. Ice-9 presents a scienceFUTURE exhibition and story-hacking lab featuring a musical board game, virtual reality, holograms and an app. Play games that explore and expand on story ideas collected from polar scientists, kids and artists about X in a dramatically-altered arctic landscape.
X2066 and science futures are produced by Ice-9, a new company based in Tromsø established by Christine Cynn and Valentin Manz for creating participatory art combined with digital and online tools with live events, workshops and exhibitions. Christine is co-director of the Oscar nominated documentary the act of killing, director and co-producer of Shooting Ourselves, on the global arms trade.
The project is now called Hello X. See HERE for more information about HELLO X and ICE-9. In association with Insomnia festival
